I should mention a couple notes. First, the JCPenny in Eden Prarie is apparently the only one in the cities to have a Sephora Counter...so this deal is no good at Burnsville like I hoped. Second, the Burnsville Center Lane Bryant will let you pick ANY PLAIN COLOR panty! Not just the white or black the webiste says. MOA will only give you white or black but you still get to pick your style (brief, boy short, etc)
